  • To provide AI-assisted call intake and SMS handoff workflows.
  • To monitor safety, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents.
  • To improve model prompts, orchestration quality, and system performance.

Data sharing and retention

We use third-party infrastructure providers (for example telephony, model, hosting, and database services) to operate the product. We retain data only as needed for service operation, security, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
