We work with third-party infrastructure providers — including telephony, AI model, hosting, and database services — to operate CallPilot. We do not sell your personal data. We retain information only as long as necessary for service operation, security, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
4. SMS & Text Messaging
By activating your CallPilot account, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your AI receptionist service. These messages include call summary alerts, missed-call notifications, and emergency dispatch notices, sent to the phone number you provide during onboarding.
