Terms of Service
Effective March 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CallPilot ("we," "us," or "our"). By using CallPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service Scope
CallPilot provides AI-assisted call intake, automated SMS notifications, and related communication workflows for service businesses. CallPilot is not a licensed emergency response provider, legal advisor, medical service, or full dispatch and ERP replacement. The service is designed to assist — not replace — your existing operational processes.
2. Your Responsibilities
As a user of CallPilot, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for all final dispatch, scheduling, and operational decisions made in connection with information provided by the service.
- You must review and comply with all applicable telephony, consumer protection, and local regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair CallPilot.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, CallPilot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of use, loss of profits, interruption or loss of business, lost revenue, and lost opportunity) arising out of any of the terms of this agreement or with respect to its performance hereunder.
The foregoing limitation of liability and exclusion of damages applies even if a party had or should have had knowledge, actual or constructive, of the possibility of such damages. This limitation shall apply whether a claim is based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, strict liability, or otherwise, and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy herein.
5. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CallPilot following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
